Little wind when I arrived then it increased until 6.2m was too much, then 5m too much then 4m needed which I stupidly didn't bring so struggled on with 5m, good practice but tough as also gusty.
Got more gybes and toesides away on inside but very few on outside, think feet positions need refining. Got several heel-toe-heel gybes in succession.
At end tried mast position 3 which was less balanced but unsure if that was because it is, I was tired or needs getting used to. Back to 4 next time. Pleased with progress on gybes, bit slow but at least some.
